Buckwheat is super healthy and despite it’s name, it contains no gluten or wheat. It has a strong flavor, but my whole family loves this recipe. It’s a great way to add variety to your gluten free diet and amp up your nutrient content. We like to pour on the Berry Cream Sauce (also dairy free) and then drizzle with a little maple syrup.
