Ummmmm….what’s up with all the black bean brownies these days? Well, I don’t really know, except that they are better for you. They contain way more protein, less sugar, more fiber, more vitamins and minerals, and they are antioxidant rich! Did you know that beans contain the highest antioxidants than any other food? Not to mention their amazing fiber content, which is great for heart health. These brownies have been compared to a boxed mix! I’m thinking that’s a pretty good complement to these super healthy treats. I’ll give these to my kids any day. They love them!
