Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- One bag brussels sprouts
- 1 T. melted coconut oil or grape seed oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. garlic powder or 1 clove fresh, minced garlic
- 1/2 t. ground black pepper
- 1 T. Chives
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Place one bag of Brussels sprouts into an 8" x 8" baking pan.
- 3. Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and Herbs de Provence.
- 4. Bake for 35 minutes and serve warm.
