Cashew butter is one of my favorites! I could eat it way too much if I let myself. But, alas, I have to keep my composure around this love. This recipe makes it just a bit more nutrient rich than store bought cashew butter. Not to mention it’s cheaper! Way to go!!!!
Cashews are a powerhouse of heart healthy fat, energy, and magnesium for bone health and calm nerves. They also help prevent gallstones!
I’ve added some Chia Seeds for fiber and Omega 3’s, with just a touch of salt and stevia to amp up the flavor.
Did you know that Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet? It’s because they deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories. They are full of fiber, protein, manganese, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, potassium, and most of the carbs in them are fiber! They contain more omega 3’s than salmon and are loaded with antioxidants. This is one amazing seed that we should all use regularly for heart health, digestion, weight management and energy!
To take this superfood thing a little farther, the coconut oil will add energizing fat that doesn’t store as fat. It burns as fuel and helps your skin and hair. It is also antibacterial, anti fungal and anti viral! Seriously, this oil is amazing! It’s also great for thyroid regulation! Get it!
