At our house I focus on whole foods at a great price! My goal is to feed us with as much flavor, nutrients and budget friendly food as possible. I’m also super busy so these hashbrown’s are on at least one meal each week to keep the kids happy and healthy! White potatoes still have nutritional value despite all the controversy. These hashbrowns are just shredded potatoes. I saute them in grapeseed oil and add salt to taste. Simple, good, filling, Yum!
