Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- 3. Fill lightly greased muffin tins 3/4 full of batter.
- 4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Enjoy!!!
