This would be great for breakfast, a snack or a dessert! It’s actually the same ingredients that I use for the Marvelous Mango Pudding Pops, but I don’t freeze this. It is unbelievable as a pudding. The texture and flavor are incredible. So, if you can’t wait for them to freeze or don’t want a frozen treat, just made chill and eat. Or don’t chill if you want to eat it right away, which is what I do! 🙂 Enjoy!

- 6 oz. plain, dairy free yoghurt of choice
- 2 mangoes
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder or 2 packets Monk Fruit in the Raw
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
