Paleo Chocolate Chip Scones (Grain, Dairy, Egg and Soy Free)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour/starch, optional
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. xanthan gum
- 2 T. flaxseed meal
- 1/2 t. stevia powder
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or grape seed oil
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond, coconut or rice milk
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Mix the first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl mix the next 6 ingredients and add to the dry ingredients.
- 3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 4. Plop large spoonfuls of batter onto a greased cookie sheet and Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
