Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Gluten-Free, High Fiber, Salt Free, Sugar Free
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup plain maple water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk of choice, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder (we like Trader Joe's or Now Foods)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into freezer pop maker and freeze for 3 hours or until done. Enjoy!
